: (1) Workers going for foreign employment must undergo a health examination from a health institution approved by the Government of Nepal before going abroad.
(2) If a person who goes to foreign employment after undergoing health examination according to sub-section (1) has to return home due to knowingly or negligently or maliciously giving a false health examination report, the expenses incurred during going to foreign employment and returning shall be borne by the organization that conducted the wrong health examination. br> (3) According to sub-section (2), there will be a designated expert committee to decide whether or not a wrong health examination report has been given.
